FREE SHIPPING - ORDERS OVER $89 within Australia.
If you're sending as a gift we will write a complimentary hand written note, just fill in at the checkout and we will take care of the rest :)
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates.
For shipping within Australia we use Express Australia Post. Please allow 3 - 7* working days to receive your order.
*If Australia Post experience delays due to other circumstances we can not guarantee delivery times, these are out of our control.
For shipping outside of Australia we use International Registered Post. Please allow plenty of time to receive your order.
All orders may be delayed due to hot weather and heat waves. No deliveries are shipped on Fridays to ensure chocolates are not stored in hot warehouses or depots over the weekend.
Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to the supply of perishable food goods including chocolate and chocolate products.
Any claims for damages or shortages must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photographic evidence for damaged goods.
Approved claims will be credited or replaced at our discretion.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
